Karen joined the firm as Operations Manager in 2014 and brings with her a wealth of extensive customer service and management experience. Karen has always appreciated the value of working for an honest and ethical company and is delighted to be a part of the Vallum Wealth Management team.  Providing excellent customer service is a priority and Karen plays an instrumental role in working with our clients. She strives to exceed expectations and enhance client relationships.

When she’s not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her son, Eric. She is passionate about cooking as well as spending time outdoors. When it’s finally time to unwind, she loves to listen to podcasts or relax with a good book.
